She grew up in Biggest Little City and graduated from McQueen High School in 2005. Dina attended the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and earned her degree in Broadcast Journalism and Business Administration in March 2009. She is glad to be covering the latest sports, news and weather stories in her home town.
Dina started as a sports intern at KRNV in the summer of 2006, and she came back to News 4 every summer thereafter working in news, sports and production. After graduating from Oregon, Dina moved to Perth, Western Australia where she worked as a reporter for the Perth Heat minor league baseball team for the 2009-2010 season.
In November 2010, Dina became the newest edition to the News 4 sports team. Soon after, she began co-anchoring the weekend newscasts and is also the weekend weather forecaster.
In her free time, Dina enjoys going to Lake Tahoe, wakeboarding, snowboarding/skiing, dancing, golfing, running, hiking and traveling. A proud aunt of seven beautiful nieces and nephews, Dina loves being around her supportive family and friends.
