1. Windows Desktop Support for Windows XP/Vista/7
2. MAC Desktop Support
3. Basic Printer Support
4. VOIP System Administration
5. Basic Network Troubleshooting
6. Moving of Desktop Equipment
7. Occasionally run new cables / terminate new data and phone drops
8. Removal of Old equipment and deletion of data
