Job Title - IT Support Technician II
Grand Sierra Resort & Casino is located in the heart of

Assist senior technical staff in the installation, configuration, and support of network servers and associated equipment. Also assist in providing direction and training to first level network technicians.
Provide support to all computer users on the Hotel property. Install new computers, printers, etc. Update or otherwise modify existing hardware, software, programs, etc. Trouble shoots and initiates repairs for all computer problems.
