Donor Recruitment Supervisor (Competitive Salary)
Exempt sales position responsible for achieving annual and monthly goals through effective donor recruitment. Relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent combined education and experience in sales and marketing. Three years related experience required and one year supervisory experience preferred. Must possess skills to effectively motivate and develop personnel; communicate (oral and written); manage sales personnel; adapt to change and unpredictability. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter with good organizational skills. Provide own vehicle for transportation and possess a valid drivers license. Proficient computer skills. Highly regulated environment requiring compliance with internal SOPs and external regulation. Assures quality customer service. Manages computer based recruitment and data management programs. Manages key accounts, special events, promotions, and other projects as assigned. Represents the Company through personal contacts, public speaking engagements and educational presentations. Oversees the development of new donor sources. Recruitment Initiatives offered.
