Cranberries:
1 pkg cranberries
1 cup sugar
3 cups orange juice
Zest of one orange
1 cinnamon stick
Put all ingredients in sauce pot and cook on low heat until cranberries are cooked and sauce is thick
Stuffing:
One batch corn bread cooked
1/2 loaf white bread
2 cups diced chorizo
1.5 cups small diced sweet potatoes
1 medium red onion small dice
6 eggs beaten
1 cup vegetable stock
Sauté onion, sweet potatoes and chorizo.
Tear white bread and corn bread.
Add all ingredients and mix well with hands Place in baking pan and cook at 300 degrees for 30-40 min
