Plus, a south dakota-based meat products company filed a $1.2 billion defamation lawsuit against ABC news on Thursday. Beef Products, Inc. is suing ABC over its coverage of a processed meat product a critic called "pink slime." BPI claims that ABC waged a month-long disinformation campaign that implied the product was dangerous.
