The man accused of one of America's worst mass shootings, 24-year-old James Holmes, has been formally charged with 24 counts of murder, and 116 counts of attempted murder.

And, the Huffington Post has a sad story of a 12-year-old boy who had terminal cancer, whose parents decided not to tell him. Would you do the same?

Plus, breastfeeding a child is one thing, but is a picture of a child pretending to breastfeed where the line needs to be drawn? KOMO News is reporting that a Seattle mom posted a photo on Facebook of her five-year-old pretending to nurse her two-year-old. Within 24 hours, Facebook took the picture down claiming the woman violated the site's policies. She was banned from the social network for seven days. Is this justified?

Lastly, Olympian Ryan Lochte is in hot water for his smile. Examiner.com is reporting that after he won the 400 Individual Medley, he was readying to hit the state to pick up his gold medal and he was warned to remove his custom-made grill, or he would be stripped of his medal. Is this taking the uniform too far?
