Today on the webcast, a week-long strike of one of the nation's largest school districts continues. Members of the Chicago Teachers Union have decided to extend their work-stoppage in order to better understand a proposed new contract.
Plus, it's been a less than stellar year for the Boy Scouts. First, they're under fire for their policies regarding openly gay members and now this: according to an investigation conducted by the LA Times from 1970-1990 hundreds of alleged child molesters were not reported to police by Boy Scouts of America officials.
And, while Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge are trying to enjoy their official trip to the South Pacific, scandal is growing over the publication of several topless pictures of the Duchess.
