The American Civil Liberties Union asked for an injunction that would halt a tough new voter identification law in Pennsylvania, but a judge said he would not grant it. Republicans defended the law, saying it protects the integrity of the election, but Democrats say the law will make it harder for people who lack ID to vote.
And, free food for the poor means one Pennsylvania woman is going to have to pay a fee. WTXF 29 is reporting that she offers free lunch every day to low income children in her neighborhood, but now she might face a $600/day fine if she doesn't stop.
