Plus, the 9/11 anniversary is coming up and so is a new lawsuit. A U.S judge ruled that American Airlines and United Continental Holdings Inc. must face trial over claims relating to the Sept. 11 attacks that destroyed the World Trade Center. Those claims are that negligence on the airlines' part allowed the terrorists to board and hijack the plane.
