The Silence of the Lambs star Ted Levine is facing a legal battle with his relatives over the family business.

The actor, who played serial killer Buffalo Bill in the Oscar-winning 1991 thriller, has been sued by his brothers and sister over allegations he forced them to sell the Holly Ridge, North Carolina restaurant which was owned by their late parents.

In the legal papers, the siblings accuse Levine of pressuring them to sell the business at auction for less than its true worth, following the death of their mother and father, according to TMZ.com.

The property was reportedly sold on Wednesday for $325,000, around $200,000 less than the price it was said to be valued at.
