gee, what a "duh" story. like, nobody here bothers to understand the nvehicle code (V.C.) -it's all NRS...in CA, U can cross the double yellow if U (subsequently) leave the roadway. Here, one must 'yield the right-of-way'; a "no brainer". Most of the commercial places I drive to are land-locked by weird medians, speedbumps, and other artifacts of the Leadfoot Administration

Sucks some times the city ops for quick fixes that jeopardize businesses instead of investing time and money to look for a real long term fix. Sucks because I go to the fitness connection by there and always stop by that 7-11 and the people that work their have always been very friendly.
