WEST HILLS............Please what a JOKE ! Patients there GET SHOT in parking lot AND 6YEAR olds get strapped to beds and locked in padded cells for 6HRS .....WEST HILLS......... Thats where YOU GO if your suicidal and ONCE YOUR LOCKED in this male DOC with A armed guard aggressively approach you and state YOU ARE GETTing A PAP smear ?????????Thats wher a 69 yr old lady was drug in her room to BE dressed and come back out with A BLOODY mouth??????????????? WEST HILLS............Please ...WAFJ....................
