New bullying law goes into effect

A new law is now in effect in Nevada designed to target the widespread problem of school bullying. SB163 lists bullying and cyber-bullying as prohibited activities in schools and requires administrators to include them in developing policies and training programs. The law also requires schools to consistently report bullying to the state superintendent's office.
