It is amazing that any member of a school districts staff would be "surprised" by data that points to bullying. I'm not condoning it by any means but seriously? This is news to you people? Almost all of these kids are "victims" of bullying in one form or another and yet, until kids started killing themselves due to lack of response and the media decided to make a fast buck on the topic, you people didn't care. I can count on one hand the amount of so-called teachers I had growing up that were actually qualified to teach and be mentors. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad you all finally give a crap, it's just sad it takes dead kids for you to listen.
