It's already a nightmare to navigate the roundabouts at Legends, and when it's busy, it can be nearly impossible to access the center. Adding a Wal-Mart is not only unnecessary (there's one 5 miles away, and there is a Target there) but it does not match the profile of the mall and the mall cannot handle the additional traffic. Once it's there, I will not, and that is what I have heard from everyone I have talked to.

It's great that this will create some new jobs, but it would be nice to know if they are getting a sweetheart deal on taxes. Will they be paying property taxes or are they getting the same deal as the one on Glendale,in that they collect sales taxes but get to keep 75% of them.It has been show repeatedly that they take more from a community than they contribute so good luck to all of us.
