Not surprised. There are Doctors working full time for the State of Nevada and working full time for the Federal VA hospital. There are people collecting unemployment, stating they are fit for word and claimant Social Security Disability. Plenty of "doubl dipping" to go around.

This is what happens when the Powers-that-be (Legislature, Administration) think that the most important responsibilities are smiling at the Legislature and tweaking numbers in Budget Proposals. What about COMPETENCE in their chosen fields? Ever hear about internal controls, common sense, precluding fraud? Lets operate from the probability that when anything can go wrong, it WILL go wrong. So where is the accountability from the Directors and Administrators of these state agencies?

Between this and the inmates collecting unempoyment no wonder the state is broke and education funding is non existant >>>>>>>>
