I somehow don't think that Joe goes after all "temporary order of protections" I think he just goes after people he doesn't like or think he can make a big story out of something personal. Anything else might actually require him to work.

You are absolutely right about the Privacy Act. A principal gets into trouble, the station thought it had a good story, and this principal actually got named in a lawsuit with regard to some questionable conduct involving trying to railroad a teacher out of her career (it was not successful). But when the station tried to get official confirmation despite having the legal documents, they hit a brick wall, just as I figured they would. WCSD is notoriously secretive and operates above the law. School districts are unique in that regard.

Some stupid thing called "The Privacy Act" in the State of Nevada. They bait you with a story and then cover it up for privacy reasons. It's not only the press. It's also the Police, Hospitals, etc.

And how is this important? Interesting KRNV never bothered to follow up on the Lemmon Valley principal story after they assured me via email they would. Of course her job was posted and probably filled by now. We don't know what became of her, though I can assume she will have a nice little desk job in the central office or maybe she was even demoted. After all, WCSD cares nothing about doing the ethical thing and fire principals who mess up.
