Always research your injector and the facility the procedure is to be performed at. That are unscrupulous people buying fake Botox all the time. Also, one must be trained and qualified to inject Botox. Just because a procedure is common does not mean there is no risk to it. Please folks, do your research! Sorry that the onus is on patients to do this, but that's how it works out. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Dr Rhys Branman Little Rock Cosmetic Surgery Center

This "poor injured woman" knowingly participated in an illegal event. Had she not developed problems as a result of her own misconduct, we'd never have heard a word from her! I have no more sympathy for her than I do for the common thug who ends up getting shot by the convenience store clerk he was attempting to rob!

I feel for her, but really, you get a botox injection "at a party in Reno", and then want help from the authorities when something goes wrong?

Leave it to those Las Begas people to screw it up.
