This crooked county is such because its citizens are too damned scared to oppose the status quo. It takes an outsider to stand up to the problem of self congratulatory, backslapping rednecks. Someone should investigate the source of funds that pay for the new homes the 'lawmen' are building. The whole bunch stinks of corruption. Courts, lawyers, police, and the medical community should be answering for the skimming.

Good for the people standing up for their and our rights as citizens. I believe this is a direct violation of search and seizure and to have a blanket statement of if we believe that a criminal activity is going to occur we will seize property and or money,(paraphrasing of course), is complete garbage. That is like saying police could see a person on their phone and if thought that the person might be calling for drugs or a robbery plan or whatever the police use to justify the situation, the police in turn could confiscate whatever was deemed necessary.
