Bill addresses persons aiding crime after the fact

The Nevada Assembly judiciary committee is reviewing a bill that trims the list of people exempt from being an accessory from a crime after that fact.

The "Crime" needs to be defined if you are going to do this! Violent & Armed crimes sure.. Otherwise, it's free range to start rounding up entire families simply because they have a "Black Sheep" in the family. This bill should be called the "Blood Law" because that is where it will lead.

And so, this legislation provides that if a person commits a crime and their child do not inform authorities, that child will have committed a crime??? Uhh, is this Orwellian, will the schools teach the children to inform the State if the Parents 'did something bad"? This is very bad legislation, certainly Marxist.
