WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Washoe County Senior Deputy Registrar Luanne Cutler reports almost 19,000 Washoe County registered voters have already voted this morning in the General Election, which brings the total to over 62 percent who have voted in Washoe County, including early voters and absentee ballots.

All qualified voters who wish to cast a ballot must do so before 7:00 p.m. PST this evening at their assigned polling place.

Any voter who is unsure where they are assigned to vote can visit www.washoecounty.us/voters and see a map showing where their polling place is located.

To expedite the voting process today, voters are encouraged to fill out their sample ballot ahead of time and check for their precinct on the back of the ballot. Cutler also encouraged all voters to bring their sample ballot to their polling location and to vote as early as possible prior to the 7:00 p.m. deadline tonight to avoid waiting in line.
