For the second straight year, Western Nevada College outfielder Jennifer Quam was selected to the first team for Region 18 softball.

Quam, the Wildcats’ leadoff hitter, batted .300 with six doubles and a homer in 57 games. She led the Wildcats with 42 runs scored and 48 stolen bases in 55 attempts.
Darby topped the Wildcats with a .356 batting average during the regular season and has set a program record with 17 home runs. The catcher also led the Wildcats with 52 RBI and a .684 slugging average.
