LAS VEGAS (AP) — Tennis star Andre Agassi tops a list of six 2013 inductees to the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame.

Organizers announced Tuesday that Ultimate Fighting Championship head Dana White, Las Vegas Motor Speedway chief Chris Powell and professional golfer Stephanie Louden also will be honored, along with high school basketball coach Bill Bobier and Las Vegas Events chief Pat Christenson.

Hall of Fame Chairman Jeff Motley says the new members represent a cross-section of Nevadans who've made significant contributions to the Las Vegas community. They'll bring to 79 the number of inductees in the hall.

Agassi is a former World No. 1 tennis player whose Andre Agassi Foundation for Education created the Agassi College Preparatory Academy in West Las Vegas.

The induction ceremony is May 31 at the Orleans Arena.
