For one Wolf Pack Senior Defensive Back, Saturday's final home game has a lot more meaning than meets the eye... he will be closing a chapter in his life that consists of many years playing here in Reno.
Duke Williams, was the Northern Nevada Player of the Year as a senior at Hug High School and a three-time All-State selection at safety. This year with the Pack, Duke leads the secondary with 87 tackles (55 solo, 32 assisted). Duke was recruited by big name schools before he chose to play at the University of Nevada, which included: USC, Washington, UNLV, Fresno State and Boise State. To say he wants to win his final home game at Mackay against the Broncos is an understatement.
