RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Nevada junior running back Stefphon Jefferson was named a second-team Walter Camp All-American today.
Jefferson, who is second in the nation in rushing at 141.92 yards per game, is second all-time in Mountain West single-season history with his 1,703 yards on the ground this year.
Jefferson was one of just three non-BCS players named to the Walter Camp first or second teams and he was one of just two Mountain West players selected.
This is the second All-America accolade for Jefferson, who was selected as a third-teamer by CBSSports.com
