Kings assign center to Bighorns

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- The Sacramento Kings have assigned center Hamady Ndiaye to the team’s NBA Development League affiliate, the Reno Bighorns.

Originally from Senegal, the 7-foot center is averaging 0.4 points (3-9 FG, 0-1 FT), 1.3 rebounds and 5.3 minutes per game in 14 appearances this season for the Kings.

He will be in the Bighorns lineup on Friday, when Reno faces the Santa Cruz Warriors. Ndiaye registered seven points (2-4 FG, 3-6 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and four blocks in 24 minutes to help Reno to a 129-122 victory over the S.C. Warriors on December 6.
