LAS VEGAS, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Nevada's quest to win the Mountain West Conference tournament, and earn an automatic NCAA Tournament berth, is over.

The third-seeded Wolf Pack fell to the sixth-seeded Boise State Broncos 75-62 at the Thomas & Mack Center on Thursday. Deonte Burton lead the Pack with 22 points, and Cole Huff added 17 points.

The teams were tied 32-32 at halftime, but the Broncos shot 52% in the second half, compared to Nevada's 28%.

Nevada will now wait for a possible NIT berth. Pairings will be announced after the NCAA Tournament field has been set.
