RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Nevada running back Stefphon Jefferson heads a group of selections for the Wolf Pack in the All-Mountain West teams.
Jefferson was joined on the first team by senior offensive lineman Jeff Nady, senior wideout Brandon Wimberly and senior linebacker Albert Rosette.
Nevada had a dozen players honored overall by the league in its first season in the Mountain West. Sophomore quarterback Cody Fajardo earned second-team honors along with senior tight end Zach Sudfeld, senior offensive lineman Chris Barker, punt returner Khalid Wooten, defensive end Brock Hekking and senior safety Duke Williams.
The teams were voted on by the league’s head coaches and a selection of media members covering Mountain West teams.
