LAS VEGAS (AP) — Katin Reinhardt scored a career-high 21 points Friday night to lead UNLV to a 75-65 victory over Colorado State in the semifinals of the Mountain West Conference tournament.

The third-seeded Runnin' Rebels (25-8) advance to Saturday's championship game, where they'll meet top-seeded New Mexico, a 60-50 winner over San Diego State, with an automatic NCAA tournament bid on the line.

Reinhardt scored 16 of his points in the first half, when he was 4 of 5 from 3-point range.

The Rebels are now 8-4 all-time in the semifinals of the Mountain West tournament, and they improved to 3-1 against Colorado State in the event.

Reinhardt was one of three Rebels to score in double figures, as Anthony Bennett scored 19 and Anthony Marshall added 12.

The Rams (25-8), who were seeded second in the tournament, were led by Colton Iverson, who had 24 points.
