About kidney infections

The most common cause of enlarged testicles is an infection that causes inflammation of the epididymis (ep-uh-DID-ih-mis), a long coiled tube behind each testicle.

Gout (gowt) is a type of acute arthritis caused by elevated levels of uric (YOUR-ick) acid in the blood. Your body creates uric acid when it metabolizes protein.

A hair transplant is a procedure in which grafts of hair from the back or sides of the head are moved to balding areas on the crown or forehead. After surgery, your scalp begins to sprout new blood vessels, which allowthe grafts to grow in their new location.
How to conduct a testicular self-exam
Testicular cancer is the most prevalent cancer among American males age 15 to 35. But when found early, the cure rate is very high. A testicular self-exam, or TSE, is one good way to detect possible problems.
Impotence is a condition in which a man is unable to achieve an erection or sustain an erection long enough for sexual intercourse. Erection problems are common and may have a physical and/or psychological basis.

Several versions of a male contraceptive are currently being studied. The mechanisms used to inhibit fertility either suppresses sperm production by hormonal or nonhormonal means, or prevents the fertilizing ability of sperm.
Urethritis (YUR-a-THRYT-is) is the inflammation of the urethra (you-REE-thruh), which is the tube that carries urine from the bladder tothe outside of your body.
Urinary tract infections in men
The urinary tract is made up of the kidneys, which filter waste; the ureters (your-REE-ters), which transport urine to the bladder; and the urethra (you-REE-thruh), the tubes through which urine leaves the body.
A vasectomy (vah-SEK-toe-mee) is a surgical form of birth control for males. The procedure involves cutting and tying off the tubes that carrysperm from the testes to the penis.

A vasectomy (vah-SEK-tuh-mee) is a sterilization procedure that severs the vas deferens (vahs DEF-er-enz), which is the tube that transports sperm from the testicles.

Male-pattern baldness is a genetically determined condition, which results in a predictable pattern of hair loss. The scientific name for pattern baldness is androgenetic alopecia (ANN-droe-jih-NET-ick al-oh-PEE-shuh).

Testosterone (tess-TOSS-tuh-roan), the primary male hormone, is produced in the testes (TESS-teez), and governs many functions throughout your body.
