Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- The United States Geological Survey have reported a 2.6 magnitude earthquake that took place 14 miles outside of Reno this morning.
According to the USGS report, the earthquake took place 14 miles west northwest of Reno, 3 miles south of Cold Springs, at 6:50 a.m.
The quake lasted exacty .08 seconds and was centered at a depth of 3 miles under the surface.
