Jeanne Gunn is asking people to please help this family!! Ok I dont get on here and rant very often, but I am going to right now. I am pissed. A 17 year old child was murdered just over 2 months ago. The detectives are ignoring his mothers calls and basically telling her that there is nothing to go on. The news stations will not air the story any longer unless "there is new information" well if the stations were airing the secret witness number there mig ht be new information. Tonight was the candle light vigil and not a single news station showed up (all were informed ahead of time) I am disgusted that this young mans life is being chalked up to a statistic in the RPDs eyes and the news stations eyes!! I remember when Brianna Dennison was murdered (and I mean no disrespect) but I remember the news covering every angle of this case, including what her parents, friends etc.. had to say. They covered every minute of the candle light vigil. Why? because she was a pretty, white rich girl. I have tried to tell my friend Deana Connelly-Crook that this is not a race issue, that it has to be something else!! I think I was wrong. I think that this is because he was a young black male, that didn't grow up with a silver spoon in his mouth. They dont care they have labeled him a gang member, so its easier to let it go at that then to make the effort to help his family heal! Well let me tell you I knew Ryan since he was about 7 years old and he was a great kid with a very loving heart (even when he was wrestling and put a hole in my wall) What happened to Ryan was a tragedy and a senseless one at that. He is loved and he is missed. I would love to see my friends bombard the news stations, even if it is just here on Facebook , asking them why Ryan Connellys murder is being disregarded the way that it is. OK I'm done ranting. thanks everyone for listening. RIP RYAN JAMES CONNELLY. YOU ARE IN GODS HANDS NOW. AND JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED BABY. WE LOVE YOU!!

Please help me find my son Ryans killer! He was only 17, just became a Daddy a month ago. He planned on joining the NAVY like most of the men in our family! My son was a great kid. He was sweet, kind, thoughtful, funny and always had a smile on this his face! I'm having a hard time because the Detectives have no leads! Please have a voice for me, my son Ryan and his 1mo old baby girl. I'm heartbroken. Ryan was the youngest of 4 children. Ryan was a son, Uncle, Daddy, Brother and the most amazing kid EVER! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help me. Thank you, Deana Crook
