MacnNatesMom, A golffish is a small, very plump fish with dimple like scales that is usually albino white but can be found in yellow, orange and occasionally red striped. They tend to like the shallow waters and can be found near the Edgewood area at Stateline and other shoreline housing areas. They are not edible as they have a very hard scale surface. Marine biologists report that the earliest known golffish were found in the lochs of Scotland several centuries ago and may have migrated with the Scots. They can now be found world wide.
