They can't nail you for the fake I'd's if your employer does not keep an up to date ID Book for it's employee's. It will fall on the employer if you hold them to it, they won't volunteer that info though. I've pulled out of state fake ID's... only takes a second to check if you suspect!

Well they also try to pass a phoney id on you. So the cops nail you for that too. Sad some id's are so well made. Its easy to be tricked. I guess whatever makes the point here?

No reason not to check ID other then you DON'T CARE! It really is on your back if something happens because you sold some kid booze!
