SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Sacramento authorities have issued a felony arrest warrant for comedian Katt Williams related to a police chase.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department tells KCRA-TV (http://bit.ly/STauwW ) that the warrant is for felony reckless driving stemming from a Nov. 25 incident.
The California Highway Patrol says Williams fled officers on a three-wheeled motorcycle after being spotted driving on the sidewalk near a Hyatt Hotel in downtown Sacramento.
Williams was asked to stop and refused, the CHP said, leading to the pursuit.
The CHP says Williams nearly hit five people during the chase.
