CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Our station in Las Vegas has confirmed that Assemblyman Brooks will be banned from the legislative building and put on administrative leave.
Assemblyman William Horne has yet to give him the official letter that states this, but will be doing so later tonight or tomorrow, according to KSNV.
That ban will hold until a select committee decides if Brooks is fit to serve.
