INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. (KRNV & -- After a 325 pound bear significantly dismantled a home in Incline Village last night, the bear was shot and killed, according to Chris Healy with Nevada Department of Wildlife.

The incident happened around 12:30am. The 92-year-old female resident of the home was able to get out while the bear was there and did stay at a neighbor's house. The damage and defecating the bear did was contained to her living room.

Healy says the bear was tranquilized and then shot with a .22 rifle after the bear climbed in a tree and fell out. Healy says any bear that is found in a home and said to be dangerous will be killed.

Just wait, if you think that Incline Village has bear problems now wait in the next few years as California bear numbers climb due to the houndsmen not being able to even attempt to keep the population in check with the passage of SB 1221, the over flow of bears crossing the state lines is going to sky rocket and then there will be bears killed weekly all thanks to HSUS!
