RENO, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)--A California based company is bringing three divisions to Reno, creating 80 jobs to the area and 130 jobs in the next five years.
Blackhawk Network, a company that provides prepaid and financial payments products for consumers and businesses, will be bringing their customer support in-house for the first time in company history and hiring an initial 80 jobs with 130 jobs expected within five years. Headquartered in California, the company has a global workforce of more than 700 employees.
The announcement will be officially made next Tuesday, with Reno Mayor Bob Cashell, EDAWN CEO Mike Kazmierski and Blackhawk Network CEO Bill Tausher attending the event at Blackhawk Network's Reno location.
