When the City of Sparks developed into the Spanish Spring Valley, they let the core interior of the city run down and turn into the barrio.

I agree that these violent crimes should treat juveniles as adults in the courts. There is too much of this going on is this area of Sparks lately. The full extent of the law as adults should be implemented.

Parents should know where their kids are, HOWEVER, kids do tell their parents they are going to a certain destination but do not actually go there, Hello ? And, even though its painfully obvious that parents are responsible for the action of their offspring, sometimes the best parents on the planet end up with kids that just don't get it. This could come from a couple generations back, or more. The parents are an easy target when things like this happen, but before you start shooting arrows their direction, there are a lot of questions that have to be asked. In situations like this, you can't just summarize this after reading one article.

The same thing should be done to the 3 punks that did this. When these morons start getting what they give this kind of stuff will stop.

Another case of "Do you know where your kids are at PARENTS?" The parents should be hauled off to jail too if they can't keep an eye on their kids. Also make them responsible for the hospital bills for the victim.

They should be prosecuted. As adults.
