@RENOTRUTH, you are the truth!! Same for the hit and run in south Reno. Guy was hit, lost a leg, in a coma, can't find the driver for two weeks. The driver shows up at the police station with a lawyer, says I did it, and is released to go home pending further investigation, name withheld. Average joe is placed in handcuffs and led to jail. Can't wait to find out that persons name, must be another local celebrity.....

When this story first aired the name of the shooter was withheld, it also stated that no arrests were made as for the shooter was co-operating with authorities. This is the first I hear of any arrest made. And now I see why, makes sense why at first the shooter was not arrested. For the name Burgarello is well known in this area. They operated a security company and an alarm company locally. Had that been any "unknown" shooter I assure you co-operating or not an arrest would have been made immediately. This area as well as the rest of this nation seem to have different laws for certain folks of stature. SAD AS IT IS TRUE. I just hope that soon enough those who accommodate these types of favors will be criminally prosecuted for such. EQUALITY IS ALL WE ASK FOR. Now I am going to say that unless some serious foul play was done here by Burgarello then I predict a slap on the hand and all this disappears away from public eye. Only time will tell.
