Calif. judge says victims' body can prevent rape

A Southern California judge is being publicly admonished for saying a rape victim didn't put up a fight during her assault and that if someone doesn't want sexual intercourse, the body "will not permit that to happen."

Sounds like we still have Judges who think a victim must fight until death to prevent the crime. Let's FOCUS on the perpetrators violent attack and that the perpetrators cannot be left in our midst. Instead we expect every man, woman and child to fight them off?
