Complete lack of common sense in California, NY and everywhere else they want to take our guns away. All they are concerned about are votes to keep their own a** in office. Everybody needs to read some history, Hitler in particular. These fools in the government know absolutely nothing about firearms.. so pathetic!! Makes me sick!!

Wow this will make all the criminals in California feel much safer. They'll know you have no chance of defending yourself against their rape, robbery, car jacking, beatings and murdering ways. This is actually a good thing for the rest of the country. Criminals will move to California and NY where it is much safer for them to do their thing.

"Lawmakers also want to make some prohibitions apply to current gun owners, not just weapons sold in the future." This means confiscations of legally owned firearms from people who have committed no crimes. One mentally defective ex-LAPD cop currently has all of Southern California locked down. Imagine what 50 or 60 independently operating individuals who are perfectly sane and with no criminal records, who are fed up with the fools in Sacramento, will be able to do to the state of California. And a $25 dollar background check every time you go in to purchase a $3 box of .22 ammunition. They are insane. Poll taxes were deemed illegal because they infringe on an individuals right to vote. These laws infringe on a citizens right to keep and bear arms.........and they will be ruled unconstitutional in a court of law. And it will cost the taxpayers in California millions........
