CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A Carson City man was sentenced today for one count of felony eluding a peace officer and one count of sales of a controlled substance, according to Carson City District Attorney Neil Rombardo.
Rombardo says Mark Garner, 49, will spend up to 12 years in prison.
Rombardo says the defendant has been previously convicted of eleven felonies.
