LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP, MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Cliven Lance Bundy was arrested Monday without incident on outstanding warrants for Criminal Contempt and Probation Violation, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Las Vegas police say Cliven Lance Bundy was arrested without incident Monday and booked on charges of criminal contempt and parole violation.
He had been named in a contempt-of-court warrant issued July 8 for failing to appear before a Clark County District Court judge overseeing a drug-diversion program in Las Vegas. He has a felony conviction on 2012 burglary and weapon charges.
Cliven Lance Bundy told The Associated Press last month that he underwent surgery that same day in Henderson for a nerve pain condition.
He said he was trying to get his program counselor to help him respond to the warrant.
