ALL YOU IDIOTS COMPLAINING ARE THE ONES DRIVING LIKE SPEED-FREAKS, LOL. MY ADVICE TO YOU IDOTS WHO DRIVE STUPID: LEAVE 1/2HOUR EARLY TO YOUR DESTINATION AND THAT WAY YOU WON'T BE DRIVING STUPID...STUPID. LET'S NOT BLAME NDOT FOR EVERYTHING, LET'S THE DMV FOR GIVING OUT LICENSES LIKE CANDY. NEWAYZZ - HAVE A GOOD ONE...

At least YOU live in the area. Imagine what it's like for me when I only get to Reno once every other year or so. It's even more of an "adventure" driving my one ton truck towing a loaded trailer-NO sudden moves allowed! Every trip is a new learning experience.

meanwhile, going onto 80 at Sparks Blvd., I see dipsy-doodle 3 lanes for the "Legends" traffic to in...yet there is only a narrow 1-lane blind access onto 80 which also requires high-speed lane jockeying, and believe U me, plenty of jackasses are jockeying and cutting in. NDOT: what a joker design!! I-10 Ontario Mills and even hwy. 17 at the Coliseum have this pattern but with better/more lanes.

My thoughts are: while I'm in this area, I see people driving 80 or so as they "bust loose" out of the Nugget squeeze. Then, even with an extra lane on the right, it is very nerve-wracking to merge/exit with an eye out 4 trucks. I think "what sort of engineering bozo works at NDOT?" because the barrier walls increase the tunnel-vision attitude of clueless drivers.
