SPARKS, Nev. (Mynews4.com & KRNV) -- There are more questions than answers as to what led to as many as 100,000 fish dying at the Sparks Marina.

Community Relations Manager Adam Mayberry says they are getting to the bottom of it, and conducting their own tests to figure out what led to low oxygen levels. Mayberry says at least two million gallons of water from the Marina is pumped into the Truckee River, and that the water at the Marina is always being refreshed.

As far as safety for outdoor enthusiasts and pets at the Marina, Mayberry says there isn't any reason to worry. "It's very important to know that there is no health or safety issue here at the Marina. We have an outdoor dog park, one of the more popular dog parks in the region. People can continue to use the dog park and allow their pets to enter the water."

Chemtrails is not a hoax nor is it a conspiracy theory. I did research for about two hours and found that the U.S. Air Force wants to 'own' the weather by 2025. Also, they use nanoparticulates of aluminum and barium, so we can't see them. Read up on it, you fool. If chemtrailing occurred there, then the fish very easily could have been poisoned by metals. They should check levels of various metals in that marina. See http://www.globalresearch.ca/atmospheric-geoengineering-weather-manipulation-contrails-and-chemtrails/20369.

even if 'chemtrailing' weren't a persistent paranoid hoax, how would affect this one small "lake"? & Y not others? There's more pollution from the freeway, railroad, & airport exhaust than from any vapor outfall.

Could persistent chemtrailing have contributed to this 'mystery'?

BDeckwa probably is correct, yet in another situation, Virginia lake has these features and it is scummy. Maybe it's old oil seepage. Also, maybe the lake is too small to "turn over", there may be high BOD (biological oxygen demand), or substrate is porous and contributes to anaerobic conditions. The notion of this being a "marina" is silly. LHO

There should be a water aeration fountain or some kind of growth in the water to oxygenate it.
