Deadly crash kills one, injures another in Tahoe

NORTH TAHOE, Calif. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A deadly crash in the 800 block of River Road in North Tahoe has killed one and injured another person.

Calfire says the crash happened sometime this morning, when a SUV slid off the roadway. Two people were in the vehicle, and one was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was transported to Tahoe Forest Hospital with unknown injuries.

It's CalFire. there is no North Tahoe, CA. Maybe it was near Alpine Meadows?
