Just because Jaron had alcohol on his breath does NOT mean he was the main cause of this heartbreaking accident the drver of the suv was obviously not paying attention to the road because it is a clear view to 711s parking lot there is no way a driver cannot see a moving vehicle coming out of the lot! The driver said he slammed on his breaks to try missing Jarons vehicle but tell me why there were no break marks on scene? Why ia this NOT in the article?
