Hey Ricker, That is Humboldt county Nevada Sheriff referred to in the article. Not Humboldt California as you are referring. The pot laws do not violate the Constitution and the Federal Government has decided not to enforce drug laws if a state has legalized pot. If Sheriff D'Agostini was to direct his Deputies to arrest those that grow pot legally under state law then he would be violating the Constitution. One of the primary duties of a Sheriff is to uphold the Constitution.
